Do you ship to my country?
In general, we ship pretty much everywhere.
If there are some special circumstances in your area, such as war, political unrest, etc., please contact us to confirm if we can make it to you.
How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified via e-mail.
Please double-check that the e-mail address and delivery address are correct when placing an order.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
We may be able to cancel your order, but we ask this to be done within an hour of placing your order.
If any errors are found, please contact us within 1 hour from the time the order is placed to correct the error as well.

How do I know my ring size?
Each of our ring detail pages comes with a standard ring size chart at the bottom of the title.
You will need to measure the ring circumference of the finger you wish to wear the ring on; Then you can compare it to that chart to determine.

Will I be allergic to your jewelry?
Most of our jewelry is made of stainless steel with 14k/18k gold or silver plating on the surface.
Stainless steel jewelry is waterproof, anti-allergic, etc., so you can wear it with confidence.
We will mark the material of the jewelry in detail in the introduction of each product, if it is made of materials other than stainless steel, we will also tell the truth, please pay attention to the material in the purchase process.
Generally speaking, 925 sterling silver and stainless steel are materials that are less likely to cause allergies.
Zinfu does not sell pure gold or sterling silver products.

Yes, but it's conditional.

After Your Purchase
Can I return/exchange my order?
If you have not exceeded the timeframe (7 Days after you received package ), your order can be returned/exchanged. For detailed information, please visit our Return & Exchange page.
Where is my order?
We will keep you updated on your order status via email. You will receive an order confirmation after your order has been placed and a shipping notification once your order has been shipped.

Why is my package delayed?
We ship parcels all over the world via third-party transport company.
During holiday seasons, orders may suffer a slight delay in shipment due to an excessive amount of orders being fulfilled.
In addition, Zinfu will not be held accountable for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, issues with international customs, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
My package was lost on delivery. What will I do?
In rare cases where your package is lost by Royal Mail, we warranty that you will not suffer any financial damage.
If it has been a long time since your order was shipped, and you still haven't received your package, please contact us here.
When we determine that you did not receive the package due to the responsibility of the courier company, we will give you a full refund.
